I think one thing we constantly forget is that almost all of the servants in fate and fgo were from ancient times, and back then the average height was likely a lot lower compared to modern times. Which is why a lot of them are not as tall as you would expect from a legendary hero.

If you want TALL, Quetzacoatl is 181cm (6ft), and Barghest is 190cm (6'3")
