If we really want to stop it and sustain life on earth for the long term, we should act now. With forests burning, rivers vanishing, polar ice caps melting and coastal areas swallowed up by rising oceans, a world where global temperatures have risen by 4 degrees Celsius would be a devastating one.

We will all starve and for an effect that is called "hangry" -in combination with the fact that heat has bad effects on the mind - kill each other in apocalyptic wars. Great that we invested so much money in supercomputers to tell us this in advance.

I don't know about your planet but in the planet where I live no green lush country takes you in just because your village is now too hot or you cannot grow wheat well enough...this video assumes the whole sociopolitical landscape of the world will be revolutionised, , there will be no national sovereignty, there will be no unti-immigration sentiments, money for making new cities in Canada and UK for hundreds of millions of Pakistani and Indian villegers will grow on trees...the video misses the whole point that global warming is dangerous exactly because we cannot move people in such a scale, unless we entirely re-define our most fundamental sociopolitical principles, which if it was possible, we could have stopped global warming in first place.

Most of the positive feedback loops that have begun cannot be reversed. Mankind may be able to slow the warming process, but it will continue to rise. Sea levels will continue to rise. My personal feeling is that 2.5 to 3.5 C by 2070 is very likely.
