I went to a drive-thru about a month ago during a heat wave. Two of the three burger buns had mold on them. I went back with my receipt and said "Excuse me, there is mold on the buns" and showed the clerk. I even laughed and said "I know crap happens especially in this heat and when it's busy." Clerk looks at the burgers, went to the back and shouted out to the clerks (only so they could hear over the noise) "Check the buns!" and then returned and gave me all my money back and asked if I wanted to wait for another order. I did not shout. I did not demand to see the manager. I did not threaten to call corporate. I did not have my son record the entire thing. All I did was take the food into the store and showed them the mold - and I not only got ALL my money back, I watched as they tossed out buns, recooked new burgers with fresh unmoldy buns and refilled my order AND gave me a $100 g/c for future meals. Amazing what being polite will get a person.

OMG, That rude karen in church needs to keep her mouth shut, pointing her finger at this beautiful 19 year old girl and fat shaming her, hearing this beautiful girl cry made me feel bad for her, that monster had no right to fat shame this 19 year old girl, Not cool.
