24, 000 calories a year is like...65 calories a day. Ridiculous tactics. 🙄There are literally more calories in an apple. Stop villianizing food as good and evil. All in moderation.

There is no difference in nutrition in oganic or non-organic food. Overall quality can vary greatly, of course. The differences are in the ingredients of the specific recipe. Organic bread with lots of sugar will still have more calories than non-organic bread without...
That doesn't mean not eating sugary things, that means finding a diet, that works for the individual person. Fish has healthy fats, but I'm allergic, so not healthy for me. Nuts or milk are the same for other people. Fruits and vegetables can harm people too and so on...
And no, I don't advocate eating only cake or sweets. "Die Menge macht das Gift." "The quantity makes the poison. " (is the translation correct?)

How did u get such perfect teeth? i didn't know there was organic bread. Not in Australia. Even rye bread is mostly GM wheat.
