I gave my pen once to a senior resident, i expected he wouldn't return so I didn't give him the cap. Just the pen! And he kept it with him! Who the hell keeps a pen without a cap?! 😂

S i know senior's (seniority) sucks but believe me if u r loyal to them they will look after you at ur critical time of viva, seminar, semister, OT, invasive lines etc

I really don't get it why are these resident fellas are Heartless this is why many doctors are frustrated & sometimes rude! This resident fellas roo went thru these why can't they be normal & instead be a sh*t I wonder where this kinda toxic work culture started from not only in med sometimes other fields too!
I know it's hectic but why so mean?!?
