That's one thing I do know how to make...the key to good jerk chicken is marinating the chicken overnight (a lot of vinegar, habanero peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, all spice etc). You also have to cook the chicken on a wood or charcoal fire. A gas grill isn't going to cut it.

That’s definitely not real Jerk Chicken lol. The closest thing you’ll get to real Jerk Chicken in the LA area is Donnas Home Caribbean Restaurant by LAX.
