Jerk chicken is one of my favorite ways to cook/eat chicken. So many layers of flavor that just work. Sweet, spicy, savory etc... good, if it's done right!

Good Try but leave out the lime juice and apple cider vinegar. Use the two items to wash the chicken and rinse after with water to remove tarty taste and acidity.
