I m not doctor but have sinusitis problem i suggest you to get allergy test by this you will able to know what to avoid it will reduce your problem by 50% than start pranayam atleast 2 hours in a day also consultant with you doctor it works i am not taking any medicine but can breathe comfortably i still have 30% problem but working to cure it permanently
