I sold my 23 Ford Maverick after only 2,000 miles…Did I make a mistake?

Going over the reasons I sold my 2023 Ford maverick hybrid after only having it for 2000 miles. Also talking about the parts giveaway that I’m going to have once I reach 5000 subscribers.

We have two ford dealerships near me and they both are terrible. Still have my XLT on order but I'm still not sure if I want it after everything I'm hearing.

First year always has a few issues when my truck wears out i am planning on buying one great for what i need

I think the XLT Lux pack is the sweet spot for this truck. Lariat I think is overpriced for what it actually adds.

What’s the problem? Did you in fact accept the $30000.00 offer for your cheapest of the mavericks? I don’t doubt that you got more than you paid for your Maverick. I traded in my 2023 Well equipped XLT for a 2024 fully equipped Lariat and I got $1400.00 over what I paid for the 2023 Maverick. Here I go again, I ordered a 2025 full Luxury Lariat Black Appearance Package that has every option except for the FX4 Off Road option. I will consider getting a fully equipped Maverick Lobo in a year or two. I’m looking forward to taking delivery of my 2025 Maverick.

Yeah people buy the base vehicles then start adding stuff and end up spending as much $$$ as the middle or higher trims. I have an XLT AWD Ecoboost with the luxury pkg. I've added a few things but not going crazy with it. So far no problems with it after more than 6k miles.

am hunting a base which now sells for I know I will want to add stuff like bed liner...wheels....tow I have to pay minimum $5K over msrp then still not have exactly what I that it would be would just want to dress it up and make it more have me a thinkin'

I just traded in my '23 hybrid Maverick XLT for a new hybrid Maverick Lariat that I ordered 6 months ago. The XLT was great and I loved it but I wanted the upgrade and cool features on the higher trim. Doesn't seem cheap, it seems simple. Getting almost 50mpg in mixed driving and comfortable. Communication from Ford was lousy but my dealer is great. I got $2k more for the XLT than I paid for it. Super happy with the Maverick.

I loved my XLT hybrid Maverick with 2k miles on it but I traded it in for a Maverick Lariat (@ MSRP) that I ordered earlier. Dealer gave me $2k more than I paid for it.

I ordered a 23 Maverick xlt last Sep, got sick of waiting and bought the Ram 1500 Bighorn seen here and love the Ram so I really dont care if the Mav ever gets built but if they ever do build it I'll purchase and decide what to do next. Sell the Ram or sell the mav.

I have an xl hybrid base coming n soon. Id like to flip it. I see dealers selling it for 34k. Has anyone tried selling a base hybrid xl and got at least 32k?

Sir. Let me say this is my first time seeing this video post and your channel. You have earned my respect and new subscriber. I'm from Southern California, and I am currently looking for a new Ford Maverick XLT hybrid ( for basic transportation, work, and back home ) I also have 2005 Toyota Camry LE, 2006 Toyota Sequoia 4WD, 2018 GMC Terrain Denali all wheel drive. As for the For the Ford maverick, all dealerships are asking 8k - 11k over MSRP to wich I refuse to pay. I found one Ford dealership in Texas spoke with said in August open back will open up to order 2024 model with no dealership markup. Sticker price. Just pay for shipping, to which I'm fine with that. Sorry for the long post. That the situation happening in California if you want a Ford maverick.

MISTAKE! ORDERED AN XL HYBRID AND NOT PIMPING IT OUT. LOVE IT JUST THE WAY IT IS. WHY TURN A $23, 000 TRUCK INTO A $32, 000 - $35, 000 TRUCK. MAKES NO SENSE. BUT, THEN I AM CHEAP!😂
