Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, my daily life has felt like a constant loop. Life has flown by, and its felt like I really didn't get much done considering the amount of time thats passed. I think a lot of people have become numb since the lockdown and its been really hard to get out of that state. For months ive been working on how to be a lot more present and intentional with the things that i do, so here are some things ive been trying out to get things back on track:)
