Don't forget that she tag teamed with her husband to SA those young girls, one of whom was her own sister. She played the battered woman card, and her defense attorney believed her...until he stumbled upon the videotapes showing her eagerly participating and enjoying every second of it. He hid the whereabouts of those videos and the fact that they existed to the authorities, so she got off on lesser charges and was handed down a much lighter sentence than she should have been given. No one knew about the videos until it was too late and she had already begun serving time in prison. Despite all this, her defense attorney fell in love with her and married her immediately upon her release. They eventually had children and still live in Canada to this day.

I’m seriously disgusted by the fact that Karla Homolka is now free… like HOW? They found various tapes of how the couple tortured, violated and murdered those poor girls, and Karla acts like the poor victim. Yikes.

"Serial killer" and "now free" should NEVER be used in the same sentence. NEVER.
Because THAT makes us have to use "judicial system" and "joke" in the very next sentence.
