Actually, this disorder starts in early childhood. They couldnt remember their cries being ignored as infants, but emotionally neglected and isolated infants develop reactive attachment disorder, which later becomes ASPD. If no one shows an infant and small child empathy, they cant learn it. If they trat that child cruelly, they will be cruel to others. Its noble for them to take accountability, but the truth is they never had a chance. But they did have a choice not to act on the horrible defects of their minds. For every murderous psychopath, is one who wanted to harm but didnt, and that was the best they could do in life.

Kids dont "forget" early childhood. What happens during that time decides the kind of adults we become. If we want to fix society and prevent people like this from happening, we better start protecting our kids from the moment they are born. If a mother is mentally ill and emotionally neglecting an infant, the dad or another family member needs to step up. If parents wont take care of their kids, they need to be removed and placed with a family who will love them. Parents have no excuse for bringing a life into the world and not caring for that life.
