Fun fact:
Draugr will wake up occasionally to do housekeeping. So the candles being lit isn't too much reach.

Actually the Draugr are the ones that do that, those guys are more than just the dead entombed inside of the Dungeons but they're also the guardians and care taker of it

In game there is actually a book where a researcher talks about the time he spend living inside a Dungeon to study the Draugr, he describes how he saw the Draugr clean and maintain the Dungeon, sweeping the floor, removing cobwebs, polishing the vases, urns and other decore, lighting the candles and torches

It's honestly really cool and kinda funny to imagine a bunch of undead warriors doing basic chores
