LED lights in headlights at a certain brightness on "normal" should be outlawed.

Those lights are great! I had an old '76 Ford F150 and my back up lights were a pair of forklift headlights. I had them on a toggle switch. Really came in handy when the car behind me had their bright lights on (all those outside mirrors blinded me), a quick flick of the switch and instant dim lights from them!
