I used a hypnotherapist many years ago after suffering debilitating panic attacks and post traumatic stress due to being in Birmingham when the pub bombings happened. I became agoraphobic for 14 years not wanting to go anywhere. All has been well until recently when suddenly there were losses of close family members close together and severe illnesses in the family, my husband being one of them. Then I had a cancer scare on top, had to wait 10 weeks for my results which tipped me over the edge and gave me my first panic attack in years!! When I got my results thank god they were benign, and I need surgery. But now I have anxiety back and struggle to control it, I am hoping this book and the downloads will put me back on the right road. Thinking of all who suffer anxiety/stress it is an Awful place to be. God bless you all.x

This helps *KINDA* I suffer from anxiety so much to the point where I wake up at least 4 times a night to disturbing thoughts. I came up with solutions, it's just the process is slow. How can I cope with it in the meantime?
