The human body is a beautiful system, it’s a shame to limit it.

If we focus on improving our joints and mobility, we can develop greater movement variability.

If we only focus on conventional patterns and 90 degree joint angles, we’re putting limitations on what we can achieve…which often leaves us more stiff and rigid.

What happens when daily life or sport dynamically takes us out of the ranges of motion that we prioritize in conventional training? If you never train a range of motion to be strong, it won’t be. So that range will be limited, weak, and susceptible to injury.

Daily life isn’t 90 degree joint angles and perfect form. We’re not robots 🤖.

I’m not saying that we should never train in conventional ways…I just think as a whole we need to also focus on our mobility and the function of our joints. This can be done IN ADDITION to conventional training - so we can create a far more well rounded body.

Slowly regaining mobility and flexibility. After years of injuries and pain from military and running myself into the ground, I am slowly learning how to work with my body and treat it as the amazing living machine that it is. Thank you for helping to bring this info. Just being able to move without injury is such a blessing. Being able to feel good and grounded in my body... priceless
