Man determined to break a world record sits on toilet for 165 hours

A man in Belgium was determined to make a name for himself in the Guinness Book of World Records so he decided to sit on a toilet for 165 hours.

So how did he actually use the toilet during that time since his pants are on? Did he hold it until his 5 minute break and then go to the bathroom in a private restroom? I feel like it shouldn't really count if you're not actually using the toilet while you sit on it. But I'll still give credit. That was a time to sit on a toilet. My legs go dead and start hurting after about 45 minutes
