I typed opengl in the search bar of the .minecraft folder but there were no files. I've already updated everything and reinstalled latest java versions. Thoughts?

Next friend, if you are reading this comment and followed the steps in the video, know that in REALITY:








1 - When changing Windows's/Java OpenGL to the modified Open GL, your PC and all applications that use OpenGL, and in some cases, unexpected system behavior.
They WILL use your CPU instead of your integrated GPU.

2 - If you expect HIGH fps using the CPU emulating a "GPU" (yes, openGL MESA will EMULATE an virtual GPU inside your CPU if the GPU of your Machine dont have support of MESA drivers.),
You will be very disappointed, HOWEVER, if your processor is one of those 3.40Ghz i3 with 4 cores or more, maybe it will be playable, BUT IF NOT, in this case you really have to buy a new PC.

3 - Make a backup of the original openGL before modifying, if this is not done, you may need to RE-install your entire windows, but if you have a lot of computing skills, this will be fine.

4 - Now if you JUST wanted to test the new version on your very Old PC/notebook even at 15 fps and 100% cpu, no problem lol :),

5 - And lastly, even if you have a powerful processor with a bad integrated GPU, expect overheating, as
your processor is doing 2 jobs, processing (obviously) and rendering graphics.

6 - An "Optional" way to fix the problem with OpenGL is updating your Graphics drivers, or if you can, swap/buy a new Graphics Card :)

WARNING: This comment is not a "HATE", but rather a warning about the dangers and problems that whoever does this will face, and shows the reality that changing the original windows opengl (later installed by the video drivers) can cause problems of super heating and even loss of the entire equipment, in case, your pc)

i already have latest graphics drivers installed as my computer says
i already have latest version of java
and when i replace the opengl file the game runs finally but so laggy i get like 15 fps max
what is causing this problem i dont get it
