Minecraft 1.16.5 Opengl Error Fix! (Core 2 Duo PC, NO GPU)

How to fix Minecraft 1.16.5 Opengl error!
So im trying to play this version but suddenly came to this error... turns out that somehow my intel graphics driver is reset, and im left with using the driver that came from windows (WDDM 1.1) with Opengl 1.1 which won't be able to run 1.16.5 that requires Opengl 2.1. The only way to overcome this would be to manually find the update file and then perform the update on your own, so that's why im here to assist you as well as providing some useful guides to updating your intel graphics driver!

My PC Specs:
-CPU: intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 ghz (Stock)
-RAM: 4gb ddr3 1066mhz (dual channel mode)
-Motherboard: Varro G41 lga 775 (G45 chipset)
-GPU: NO GRAPHICS CARD, just an onboard Mobile intel(r) 4 series express -chipset family (intel GMA X4500HD) from the mobo's chipset
-OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (it also works on windows 10!)
-Hard Drive: WD Blue 320gb 7200rpm (this thing just never dies)
-Editing Software: Premiere Pro 2020, Photoshop 2021 (on my 2nd pc)
-Phone to record at the end: Realme Narzo 50A Prime / Realme C35 (4/128)

BTW, you can't install a graphics card to a laptop, even though there's a way, i don't think it's worth it if not for experiment purposes only.
