Hi friends!
Happy fall! I hope you all are having a lovely week this week.
I’ve been so excited to share some of my favorite fall recipes with you that I’ve been obsessing over! These recipes are warming, comforting and just put you in a fall mood!
It feels soo nice to be back at home cooking and getting back into my routine after coming back from fashion week. Fall is truly one of my favorite times of year and I hope the recipes give you some fall inspo! Also, I just launched my “Fall Recipe” collection on the @soulsyncbody app! Recipes:
Breakfast:
Pumpkin Single Serve Pancake Bowl ( mix and microwave for 2 min)
— 2 egg whites
—1/4 cup pumpkin puree
— 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use @ritual – not all protein powders work, so test what you have)
— 2 tbsp cassava flour (optional)
— 1/2 tsp cinnamon
— Pinch of salt
— 1/4 tsp baking powder (optional for extra fluff)
— Toppings: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tsp maple
syrup, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/4 cup granola
Lunch:
- Cassava Flour wrap from Siete Foods
- Salsa verde dressing ( Greek yoghurt, veganaise, fresh herbs like dille and coriander, squeeze lemon juice, olive oil , salt & pepper)
- Sliced turkey
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Red bell paper & lettuce
