This is one heck of a complicated problem...
First we simplify it as 4 x √3 x 3^4/3.
We see that it is equal to 4 x 3^11/6.
This 3^11/6 can be written as 3²/3^1/6 by multiplying both numerator and denominator by 3^1/6.
You can further write it as 4 x 3 x 3 ÷ 3^1/6, which is just equal to 12 x 3^5/6, by property of exponents
