Plastic surgeon reveals the exercise that can age your face faster

Although the benefits of exercise are well-documented, one workout has the potential to age your face prematurely, according to a plastic surgeon.

Dr Gerald Imber, a New York-based plastic surgeon who frequently shares anti-ageing tips and advice on TikTok, revealed that long-distance running can lead to a “gaunt, old face”.

Dr Imber says there are exercises that are better for your body and for preventing premature ageing: “No impact or low impact aerobics is really the way to get your exercise”.

Probably also due to the intense sun exposure that avid outdoor runners endure. Probably well above average exposure over time.

I love running, but I wouldn't do it very often. now I've not done for quite a while, when I still did regularly, it was 1ce-2ice a week, or less. I would love to do it again, and I intend to, but I don't believe that overdoing it is any good, and I don't need any Doctor to tell Me this-my Friend did a lot of running and now has problems with his knees. thank You for the video nevertheless; thank You for validating what I think. regards.

depends how you run… i know some athletes that looking amazing for their age, like demi god amazing like 60 year old women who look 25, its no joke… people we use any excuse to be sedentary

Don't listen to this old man resistance training can make you younger, that's why people who do exercise and lifting weight they're look younger than their age that's why most of younger adult at the age of 25 has a lot of health promblem including the epidemic of obsity
