As an empath that originally started out never understanding how and why i could pick up on others emotional state and would get so lost in it id confuse it for my own. I struggled with needing to remove myself knowing the people or overall environment was draining (saying NO is still a work in progress), but i've been improving and focusing on what uplifts me and provides the same energy i put in without feeling depleted after. Guard your peace and surround yourself with like mind individuals that make life a bit more easier. Sending love and light to you and your journey 🌻
