I honestly think the Xiaomi one is way better than the OnePlus. I'm saying this from my OnePlus Nord 2 phone. The Xiaomi has a far better price point and the size is more portable than the OnePlus. The OnePlus seems less sensitive and I visibly saw more lag than on the Xiaomi...

I do agree its up to each individual for what they might prefer when it comes to tablets. Great video 👍

I have the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro and used HiPaint and Clip Studio Paint on it. And I must say, it's pretty good. It's almost as good as drawing on my Huion 22 Plus. As far as making long straight lines for illustration is concerned, I use shape/line tool for that anyway so the (very minor) wobbling isn't even a problem.

For wasting time watching youtube videos, games, etc, any midrange tablet these days will serve the purpose. But if one is seeking the tablet for eg. study purpose ( Note taking, drawing, etc ), then Samsung is the only worthy option in the android platform. Why ? Because of the included S-Pen (which doesn't need to be charged) and the Samsung note application (the best note taking app in android). S-pen replacement nib is usually very cheap and even multiple third-party high copy pen can be purchased as an accessory because S Pen is just the most matured Pen technology in tablet. Whereas for other tablets, e.g. Xiaomi, the pen you bought for pad 5 will not be incompatible with the pad 6. The new pen cost almost $ 80, the replacement nib cost another $10 and there is usually no high copy alternative because their product is just so new.
So if anyone is looking a tablet for note-taking, my recommendation is go for Samsung tablet with S-pen support ( S6 lite is the cheapest one). If you don't like Samsung tablet, go for any iPad.

At the moment OnePlus Pad 8/128GB is 400 EUR in Europe with free pen! Xiaomi Pad 6 is 300 EUR for 8/256 but you must add +90 EUR for pen. Xiaomi Pad 6 is very good tablet, gut for gaming.
And OnePlus Pad 2 (12GB/256GB) with EXTREMELY POWERFUL Snapdragon 8 gen 3 and FREE OnePlus Stylo 2 is 500 EUR!

Thank you so much! I'm very disappointed by oneplus as i had high hopes and it's advertised as 2ms drawing delay only. I did not realize it depends on smoothing settings. Xiaomi seems to be better in that regard too. Can it happen that oneplus updated the tablet/stylo software and it's better now? Would be great to compare with Huawei Matepad Air drawing experience too. Thanks again
