As an Aussie, Ollie’s lobster had me rolling 😂 that 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 was on point

Ollie has such an unbelievable knack of bringing these fancy things back down to earth. I think it's a super power.

I love how Ollie always processes food with his face, as if there's some frontal cortex trigger that makes his face spasm. The more it moves, the more complex a dish is.

It's called the swimbladder, though, and it's definitely not what Josh and Ollie were thinking. It's literally a waterproof balloon that has air in it and it helps the fish control its buoyancy and to right itself rather than falling flat or flipping upside down. It is just a very clean air sac, slightly chewy, very flavorful.

Josh : I need to share this with someone
Ollie : I'm...right here
That made me snort 😂😂

It might be a misconception but thinking of what we have heard the etiquette is like while people dine in Michelin starred restaurants, especially one with 3 stars, I'm sure attending to these two gentlemen who behave like kids yet also just genuinely enjoy their food with such astonishment and joy must have been so refreshing for the staff there.

So proud of you guys, even getting sponsored by Macao gov, not just Korean. Such a wonderful addition to the Michelin Madness series! You made me go through all the old Michelin takeaway videos again! 🥹😍😇🥰😋

Yep, your dad is watching (while in the gym) and he is very jealous... Feeling the need to go get some dimsum now, especially as it's Mid-Autumn Festival...

I love that they never forget their crew. Luke getting to experience all this with them for the first time is always so heartwarming

I love it when you bring your crew into the mix. It's downright mean to not include them. And their response is just as priceless. Keep working until you need a gym break.

Ollie's Aussie accent is quite impressive

If you're interested, the thing with Sichuan pepper is that it has no piperine or capsaicin that gives spice to black and red peppers and that trick your receptors for hot and pain, but it has hydroxy-alpha-sanshool that actually blocks the receptors of light touch!

10:25 Ollie telling Josh "son im proud of you" is one of the most heartwarming moments on the channel

Michelin dining is truly an EXPERIENCE, not just a meal. Josh is completely right when he describes it as interactive art. EVERY one of the senses is utilized. ❤️🍽️

as a Chinese person in Malaysia that grew up eating food made from many of these same ingredients, have to say that I'm proud and excited that you guys finally get to have a taste of chinese delicacies. There's such a diverse range of flavours and textures to experience that are unlike anything else.
