Back in 2011 when 11 year old me stumbled across your videos I grabbed every cardboard shoebox I could find in my moms closet and built over a year 4 different shoe box boats each made by an individual shoe box, I remember thinking back then about how you made your cardboard ship and wanted so badly to emulate that, I would sink them in my lake and watched with excitement to watch them sink, wow if I had watched this how to video as a kid I probably would’ve been inspired to make more than the 4 I made either way these videos were awesome to me as a kid and now as an adult

I have been watching your channel for years. And I always assumed you had separate sets for the interior, but I think it is so cool that you managed to fit the sets into the ship and have cut outs for cameras. I though it was really cool how you use nails to rotate the camera to get different angles inside.

In a rain shower head they use a couple of plates with holes in them to remove the pressure but keep the volume. Very simple. You could use something like that to take the kick back the smoke bomb so it looks more like smoke and less like a rocket going down the smoke stack. Since you only need it to work once, Cardboard should would just fine. You'd have to test but I'd bet, pin holes in the first and nail holes in the second should work just fine.
