I have an iGPU on the ryzen 7800x3d and this happend to me, the only thing that works for me with this issue was change the clock frenquency of the gpu on my bios to the amd page recommended, hope it works for somebody
P.D: My mobo is an ASUS PRIME X670E PRO WIFI

The same happens to me but on my GPU Clock Speed, it goes 400 mhz to 1900 all the time what can i do

I replaced my GPU and it fixed the issue

I am having this issue on my 4090 but the thing is it started doing it after 2 weeks of usage, do you think this is a gpu error? I have exhausted all my options now, and last option would be to “clean” the pc but it’s already in a good condition and when taking a look inside little to no dust at all, but i will thoroughly clean it again, and resit all my cables/parts

I had the same problem. I found out after a hard time looking for a fix, it was a malware causing it. Probably using my gpu for crypto.

i have a gpu andclock speed and power consumption drop in my rx5700 xt and i think the coolermaster elite v3 not 80+ rated psu is causing it and i dont think my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu that hard to have that issue on my gpu

I have the same problem too much temperature and very unstable any advice? 59C without opening any program that is not normal rx 560 series
