SUPERQUICK Fix for 100% GPU utilization on idle - Nvidia drivers 522.25 and 526.47 high (2022)

This fix is a workaround for Nvidia drivers 522.25 and 526.47 and the abnormally high GPU utilization in the Windows 10/11 on idle.

as of November 12, 2022 Nvidia has released a newer driver, 526.86. It seems to have solved high GPU utilization issues.

I did this and I’m still getting random
Spikes in gpu usage when idle. It goes from 0 to 25, I to 48 and just keeps fluctuating.

Edit: my solution was removing the HP omen gaming hub software. I noticed that my gpu sat at 0 when viewing it in task manager, but would start spiking after launching the hp omen gaming hub.

I just disable G-SYNC and the problem is fixed . From Nvidia control panel

I had off this option before change my card. But still on desktop my GPU Clock just gonna boost to max for 1 sec. and go for min. then. When I am watching something GPU Clock stuck on minimal the all time, but when using apllication it's boost to full MHz and my card have highly temp. In games it stuck on constant higly lvl and it's just ok. I tried many things, but still in desktop is problem. Anyone have idea? Rtx 3060 Ti Gaming OC D6X my version.
