How to fix HIGH GPU usage on new NVIDIA drivers

Really not a fix, it's just a visual bug in the task manager, I explain how you can use something else to monitor GPU usage. I'm using the latest NVIDIA driver in this video.

I assumed this was most likely the case, but for a second their i was still tripping over it. Like i have a 4090 and nzxt/ task manager was saying i was using 15-40% usage when idle.
