Cyberpunk 2077 vs the WORST RTX Pre-Built EVER!

I test Cyberpunk 2077 using the worst Pre-built on Newegg that has an Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics card in it. This $1000 PC is an abomination, but can it run Cyberpunk?

I forgot to mention the game version and graphics driver in the video. I used Cyberpunk version 1.05 and the Nvidia graphics card driver I used was version 460.89
