I've been doing short experiments internally when I'm in a group. Trying to sense how others in the group experience the same moment and how they would perceive me experiencing this moment. Just that awareness I realise what's going on internally for myself can be anything I focus on, not ruled by my internal habits i.e. perception of self

Thank you for this content, it really resonates with me. Not sure if you have read Alan Watts's 'the book on the taboo against knowing who you are' but chapter 5 'so what' has confused me and just wondering if you have any insights? That is of course if you have read it!

This is very interesting, but how do we work with this information?

Now I know that I do not know who I am.
Is this sufficient? I will never know who I am.
Or is it necessary to begin to understand who I am?
