I thought this was a learning disability like adhd that acts like a superpower in very specific situations. like how adhd's hyperfocus is extremely useful but overlooked in the modern world where there is no stimulus that is enjoyable and useful at the same time.

I don't think I think I can say I have a "photographic" memory but I do have an unusually good memory. As did my father and his. My IQ as of a test I took last year was 136 (not that it matters but I mention it as it may have something to do with it) But It is truly a curse. There's so many things in life I find most people can forget about, but I never forget. It's such a detriment to my mental health, and I often find myself envious of people with normal memories.

I wish they work on scientific discoveries of decreasing aging so these kind of abilities doesn't go to waste. They take pills that could prolong their life

I think some questions are basic, besides when they are asking arithmetic ones.

But the best approach should be teaching one how to deduce, allign and a bit of probability studies, cause static facts alone can't make one grow.

I have a photographic memory. I remember seeing Shrek 2 in May 21st, 2004 with my dad. It was in the afternoon. I got a small popcorn and the previews attached to it are Shark Tale and The Incredibles.
