This class was one of the best classes I did! I felt so flexible and strong and all of that at 7 am. My Mantra was "Love". In the end I pushed pause, because I felt some balances and more hip opening would feel beautiful. And during the Quote I tried to slide into hanumanasa and at the Moment you said that the rock got split, my thighs touched the Floor and I immediatly started crying. Thank you for this beautiful moment. Cried all the way through Savasana out of happiness and love for rhe practice and my own Body. Thank You!

I’m feeling so much better 30 days into this challenge, both physically and emotionally. I wish Lesley were here for me to thank her, but I hope her beloved husband and boys know that her teaching and her energy continue to have a profound impact on strangers. I love her voice so much and I love her as a teacher.

I'm 2 years late starting your yoga fix 90 but I've absolutely loved your classes so much 😍 I only started doing yoga earlier this year, I obviously started doing beginners classes then once I felt confident enough I moved on to intermediate, I found yours while searching YouTube 😉 and decided to start your Yoga fix 90 😊 I also can't believe in just 30 days I've been able to do wheel pose, a crow pose into a headstand, forearm stand and hold a handstand (for a few seconds 😉) thank you so much 💞💞💞💞💞

The quote at the end of the session about the stonecutter had me spontaneously and unexpectedly in tears while in savasana. I love that I've been getting back with my daily practice of Yoga, and deeply appreciate your help with setting me on track. Thank you! :)

Thank you for providing us with these wonderful practices! I have been practicing yoga for almost a year now, and I have really begun to notice changes in my life. Today's quote really stood out to me. I have become more open, more forgiving, and more focussed on the present. Life seems a little brighter, and I rarely get stressed out or sad any more. And when I do, I quickly remind myself that negative feelings are only temporary. Again, thank you so much for making yoga available and accessible. I never thought I would see such big changes in my life, but I have, and I wish that others may also experience them by practicing. <3

Thanks so much for your yoga classes! I feel like I've really improved! Before this class I couldn't touch my toes without bending my knees and now by day 30 I can wrap my hands around my feet no bend in the knees. The way you explained how to go deeper into the stretch through inhales and exhales really helped me to do that and other poses. I found the longer I hold the stretch the more I realize I'm not really relaxing into it and I'm holding myself back a bit, tightening or gripping. So I relax and push forward when I'm ready and then wow that's a good stretch! So for all who are waiting to do a pose, my advice for what it's worth is relax, be patient, and let it happen. :)

This class was such a nice balance of relaxation and steady strength building! Loved the longer strengths holds! I find them a much more effective way to build strength than going fast, because going fast makes it so easy to be sloppy.

Thank you for a great 30 first days, I used about 6 weeks to finish but I really feel a change, today I was strong enough to get into wheel pose for the first time! (well first time since I was a child 😆) Made me so happy.
