Advertising, television, cinema, indoctrination, political ideologies, etc. This is so powerful that it is used as a political weapon to control or overthrow entire democracies and subdue entire nations.
In any case, it seems that human nature tends to predominate: women tend to reward the man who is a good provider, regardless of whether he has good physical appearance or is a real jerk. That is why many women are willing to endure abusive, conflictive relationships, just to be able to have an alpha male to protect them.

I'll disagree, if you are an average guy and bald your options are limited. Seems like, to me, most women would rather have a partner with the head of hair.😁

Men have to have a baseline attractiveness for women to be interested. Get in shape. You don't need huge muscles, but be fit and in shape. I am 5'9", bald/shaved head, 50 years old, about a 7 on the looks scale. I have a pretty good career, but am not super wealthy. I don't even consider myself to have really good "game" with women. I am confident, knowledgeable on a wide range of topics, and well spoken. Being bald and not super tall has never held me back from getting attractive women to have fun. You have to be an interesting person for women to be interested in you.

I’ve been shaving my head since I was a kid, mainly cause I hate maintaining my hair and always admired Michael Jordan as a kid. I have hair, I just like the bald look better. Never had a woman complain about it.

Totally agree with Ari. I have butt ugly friends - and I really mean it - who constantly have success with 8s, 9s, 10s and 11s. When women find you attractive and fall in love with a not so handsome dude, they will _make you_ good looking in their head... Women are emotional beings, never forget that, take advantage of it.
