Inmate jumps out of wheelchair and runs away from police

In this bodycam footage, Joel Delgado is seen jumping out of a wheelchair near a Little Rock courthouse on March 7th and running away from police. He was later apprehended later that day.

The absolute best line is when the cop hops back into the van with his partner and they start searching for the wheelchair dude. The van still has prisoners inside. The cop then says to his partner that we can't chase the guy with prisoners. Then, almost imperceptibly, a voice from the back says, "I can get out." Such a gentlemanly offer. A rare show of class in this day and age.
