It would be great if she stopped interrupting him and just let him talk.

Great guest. Awful interviewer. Almost unwatchable because of the constant interruptions. Barely made it through this 6 minute clip.

Man. For 15 months I was on the fence for TRT. I knew in my heart I had all symptoms.. yet still tried everything else before TRT. Diet. Sleep. Exercise. All natural remedies..
Just to raise T a few point or so. I’m now 1 week into TRT. And fuck man. Truly, I have not felt this great. This optimal in over 15 years man. Never turning back.

I was sitting at 2.6 NG / DL - almost zero due to lifetime hypogonadism from extreme premature birth and health issues. Daily get sitting now at 820 - arthritis issues - gone, muscle mass increase and other issues - gone. no depression, no irritability, anxiety, etc.. all of these plagued me for years and decades. I feel so much better than I did just 20 years ago...

She’s confusing TRT with people abusing steroids. Huge difference.

'Lo Jillian...quick advice, you should probably pay more attention to if your letting your guest finish answering your question, before interrupting him with a new question or remark. That pattern/habit makes you seem a bit rude, from both your guest and viewers point of view! 😉

But otherwise! 👍

Edit: Only watched this clip from the interview. So my observation is based on that! 🙂

I'm on TRT and I did have my BP and my hematocrit did go up a little, since my blood type is less common (About 8% of the population) I just donate monthly and it's a win-win. My numbers are all good and people who need the donation get what they need.

I started TRT at 39 years old. After a couple rounds of labs, I had a total level of 326 and free test at 2.7. Dosage has changed over time, and other things have been added. I take anastrozole as needed. My blood pressure has been fine..my hematocrit goes up occasionally but I notice symptoms of that before it becomes a serious problem and I go do a whole blood donation and and I'm fine. I now am on 220mg per week IM injection of testosterone. Doctor also has me on 10 weeks on 10 weeks off runs of 100mg/week IM injection of nandrolone decanoate. I also take sermorelin. Aside from obvious body composition changes and gym performance changes, the biggest positive for me is joint inflammation is next to zero. That is important to me because I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for 13 years.

This has allowed me to continue being a competitive powerlifter into my 40s.

My test levels.most recently were a total at about 1100 and free test at 25.4

I am 52, my testosterone is in 800's. Lol.
My doctor asked me if I was taking something. I am all natural. Only supplement I take is collagen peptides bovine base for joints. That is it. No protein powders or bars.
Was in serious accident, had 2 major back surgeries went up to 315 lbs.
I am 235lbs now. Height 6'3"!
Last 3 months I have implemented the workout routine my dad and I came up with before he passed away 2 years ago. He was nationally certified personnel trainer.
My nerves in my left side of lower back and leg are constantly on fire. I have 50 lb weight limit.
I workout 4 times a day 10 to 20 minutes each time.
I like how I look! Lol.
My leg and back hate me. But wow!
I figured out 4 years ago I have gluten allergies and since stopping that my diet has progessed. I can't afford gluten free breads and pastas so I had to cut those out.
I am now carnivore/keto and trust me it is the best thing I have ever done.
I have grown up in a diet and sports minded family. Even eating right, we have always had belly issues. We called it the family gut.
Mine is gone! I don't have it anymore.
Be safe love everyone!

Attia is the man. Such a supremely educated non-alarmist. Yet a cautionary health care practitioner. NEVER STOPS ANALYZING, STUDYING AND MOST OF ALL - THE MAN IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS - ACTIVELY- CRITICALLY THINKING. Not the norm. Not the standard. He is far higher. Docs should follow suit.
RESPECT. 🙏

The big mistake is that in the overwhelming majority of cases of low testosterone... adjust the diet to a real one.. adjust the sleep.. train the right way without producing too much cortisol.. don't drink alcohol... and a positive mind ..it would solve the problem

Well I am on TRT for more than 15 yrs, my levels always is between 950-1400 ng/DL without side effects. All blood work is perfect. Below 900 I started to feel symptoms of low T. Again, it is not the number…it is the symptoms that matter. Everyone has its personal numbers.

I’m 47 years old and my testosterone level was tested recently and was at 203. I asked my doctor about this and he said it was in normal range 👀👀👀I told him it wasn’t. I go to the VA and am stuck with this guy. It sucks

Jil, work more on listening, less interruptions...ask questions when there's a transition or pause

Why interrupt all the time. It made me log off

If you’re going to be on TRT, you have to take estrogen blockers and also watch your RBC levels. If the blood gets to thick you have to donate more than usual .

One of the biggest risk factors that cause heart attacks according to a lot of doctors is diabetes, high A1c,
high blood sugar & metabolic syndrome.
