This is absolutely true, Elizabeth. Their mind games consist of playing with duality/extreme opposites so understanding their dynamics behind is key. All they do is to cause emotional and psychological distress with their filthy tactics to gain power and control over their victims, hence avoiding falling for their play is essential. Not just Narcissists my gf has complex PTSD and gets triggered and overeacts frequently over he slightest thing tgen im finished and blocked etc etc and im always the one chasng her to sort things out..She unblocks me to keep communication open, then blocks me in self defence if i go no contact etc..Exhausting

They will also unblock you if youve been blocked for a while and youve gone no contact...Amd also to keep tabs on your social media account during no contact..
