I think it depends on the person. I have bpd & I block then unblock bc at the time I’m overwhelmed or hurt or anxious & need space. Then I feel bad bc I think I overreacted & then I miss you. It’s not always a malicious thing.

Someone told me:if I go You'll never more hear about me.As I let him go and blocked him he startet to change simcards to reach me with another (identity).This not only one time.That's the reason I don't pick unknowingly numbers what means sometimes I miss even important calles.This is even what the narcisist game is .We need to try harder to get to our points.

YOU CAN BLOCK THEM it’s called OVERBLOCKING, that means if they unblock you they are BLOCKED
