This is true!! I’ve been watching and reading my food labels with great intent to avoid these oils and feeding my microbiome and my belly has flattened to non-existing belly fat & lost 45 pounds!! Thank you Thomas!!

Be careful when reading labels - by law if an amount is a fraction, it can be rounded down to zero, hence the sometimes odd serving sizes on food labels, like a tablespoon.
