High-protein Strawberry Chocolate Bites🤩 These bites are such a yummy dessert or snack idea😋

Ingredients for 8-10 bites:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (2,5 dl / 250g)
1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (60 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
1 scoop (vegan) chocolate protein powder (30g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced strawberries (2,5 dl)

Toppings:
4 oz. / 120g 80% dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, cacao powder and vanilla extract together. Fold in the strawberries
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil. Dip the bites in the melted chocolate. Tips for dipping the bites: 1. Make sure that the bites are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the bites quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl
5. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15-20 minutes before serving
