Salt is one element in food that needs to be added in just the right quantities. Too much or too little of it spoils the food. Similar is the nature of money! Too less puts you in survival mode while too much makes you a slave to it. What’s the right amount then?

Read more about it in Ravi's latest book What The Heck Do I Do With My Life.

Rs 0 is required....your happiness is in your mind not outside....not in money not in other external things
Some money is required to survive in the society..if ready to live in forest no money required.... happyness has no link to money....some people artificially link money with happiness ..

Key lesson :
I am of the opinion that, there is a magic in money, when we have money we are not alone, we will confident. Otherwise we will lose all our freedoms, many of our aspirations gets curtailed and hinders us from progress.

In this backdrop Having Financial Literacy & Financial discipline is very much important. Here in this video Money was compared with salt by saying that having too much or too little is problematic. For me having too little is problematic but I am unable to figure out how Having too much is problematic.?

Key Takeaways :
1)Living within our means
2)Making sure that our lifestyle is growing faster our income.
3)Exploring wide investment options like equities.
4)While making decisions about investment better we think from long-term perspective.

Too much money is a problem! I guess Mr Buffet missed that wisdom! In the words of Topol when challenged with ‘money is the world’s curse’, ‘May the Lord smite me with it, and may I never recover’!

More than 60 percent of population in india is living below poverty line. So those who are having atleast 1 crore are lucky persons. There are persons who are not happy with 10 crore but there are some others who are happy with 10 lacs.

I'm 77 & when I was in my teens & 20's, many private companies still offered a pension! Then, with the advent
of IRA's, 401k's, 403b's, etc., in the 1980's, I knew it would be their 'excuse' to eliminate this burden & shift it to
the individual! Today, no matter how much money an individual can accumulate in their working lifetime, it will
never come close to what many of our parents enjoyed, i.e. the assurance of a monthly pension, for life!
