OMGosh, I don’t care that’s it’s 10 in the morning. This looked so good I got up and went to the SF mom’s site and printed this recipe. I made it this MORNING…don’t knock this til you try it, no matter what time you eat it. Pizza is my favorite thing!! I’ve been ketovore for about 7 yrs and I can absolutely say this is so worth it. It’s the BEST keto pizza I’ve ever had. I used a 12.5oz can of chicken, drained and ended up with about 7oz. I then added 7oz of cottage cheese to match and then just added a pinch more of what the seasonings called for. Super easy and delicious! This is my go to pizza crust from now on. Thank you girls for trying this recipe and sharing❤❤❤

Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula instead of a food processor. Then make a round ball and pat it out with your hands. Maybe spray your hand so they won’t stick. Works well for me with ground chicken. Also spray the parchment paper. 😊

The reason the original recipe used cooked chicken instead of raw chicken is because of the moisture content. Cooked chicken has substantially less moisture content resulting in a drier dough and crispier crust. If you want a thinner crispier crust don't use raw chicken, use precooked chicken. And if you use canned chicken, drain it and press it first.

I’ve made my chicken crust by using drained canned chicken, adding an egg & mozzarella cheese then putting it in a blender. I do add spice like garlic powder, basil & oregano. Once it’s blended you can roll it out between 2 sheets of parchment as thin as you want. I always prebake (400 degrees for about 10 to 15 mins) till golden brown then add my toppings returning to bake for 15 or so minutes. I’m intrigued by the cottage cheese……

Foster Farms used to make a chicken crust pizza before chicken crust was "a thing". After a while I couldn't find it in Kroger any longer. I emailed them to see what stores it was being sold in. They said they no longer made it because it didn't sell well. Not only was it convenient, but I also thought it tastes really good. Apparently, I was the only one.

Instead of spreading it out, I would highly recommend a tortilla press and some parchment to get the personal size pizza you're going for. Keeps it round and speeds up the get to eating! :)

I recently tried using mild Italian sausage meat as the base of my pizza. OMG, it is so good, and definitely not dry! I like the additional protein ingredients in this recipe, as well as blending them to get a smooth batter. This sounds like my ultimate pizza. Thanks so much for testing this!

I just made this last night. Best Keto meal I have ever made. So glad you guys did this. Sfree's Mom was the recipe I used. I also just mixed in the bowl. No processor.

So funny because I just watched the Southern Keto CC crust vid today and thought, “why couldn’t I just mix thud with ground chicken?” and here’s the answer! Makes sense to combine the different recipes into one.

How about crushing pork rinds and rolling dough overtop crumbs to mimic cornmeal at bottom of crust? Might make crust crispier?

Maria Emmerich makes a chicken crust: 1lb ground chicken, 1 egg, 2TBSP grass fed gelatin. I bake it for about 10 mins at 425 degrees and then put fixings on and back in until the cheese melts which is another 10-15 mins max. Delicious! I’m leery about the tanginess of the cottage cheese coming through.

My fav pizza crust right now is Toufayan Keto Flatbread Crust. So good when you fry the crust first in skillet before adding you toppings and baking in oven.. So yummy!!
