Doesn't need to be a negative number..
(2, 480 - 1, 975) = 505 / 2, 480 = 0.203629 * 100 = 20.362%
Same result, without using negative numbers.

For anyone who is confused=

Subtract your original value by your new one

Divide your result by the original value

Multiply your new result by 100 to turn it into a decimal, or move the decimal two spaces to the right

I would just like to say that its ((original value - new value) / original value) x 100 to get your percent decrease

Same thing with a countdown timer, from 60 seconds to 0 Seconds. What is the relationship or percentage decreased between 10 Seconds to 60 seconds, in a countdown timer? 60 - 10 = 50 / 60 = 0.833 * 100 = 83.33%
