From my point of view the formula works only if the value of 2015 is highest than the value of 2014.

How do you calculate for 3 years, 4years, 5 year?

That's okay, but can't we make it more easy e.g. =(B2-A2)/A2*100 by this way we don't need to use -1 formula for which lots of people are still confused.
