Very Stretchy Cast Off for Shawls, Scarves and Blankets Loom Knit

This is the cast off I use most of the time when i use and ewrap cast on.

This looks excellent. On a rake loom, when you start to cast off after moving my stitches from the back to the front so I have two stitches on each peg and then do a bottom over the top to get one stitch on each peg, would your cast-off work for a more even cast off? It certainly looks like it would. I have tried at least three different cast off techniques on rake looms and have found them to be very dissatisfying. I am hoping this might solve the too tight cast off problems I am having.

Which cast on did you use? I’m finding it a pain to find a cast on and cast off that match?

You have this one and another called super stretchy. Is this the one that goes best with your chain cast on? Thanks
