OK but the elbows part really doesn't matter if you can hold the weight comfortably, it doesn't change the resistance profile

maybe it’s because i’m short but i physically cannot keep my torso upright during this to an extent otherwise my knees surpass my feet and my heels literally come off of the ground 😭

The way she originally was holding the weight was actually better. In front of the chest more. That
allows you to sit upright more easily.
