Because of my shoulder issues, I can't and haven't done traditional squats in years so goblet squats have long since been my replacement squat exercise. They'll kick your arse just as effectively.

What do recommend for reps per set and how many sets?

Yup...that's the way. But I need more weight...maybe a weight vest? Or just a bigger Kettlebell...swings and squats with my 24kg bell are getting too easy. Maybe I'll jump up to 32kg.
