I have a beam gen 2 with 2 One SL’s and was waiting for the sub mini for over a year. Finally Sonos gave us what we wanted for small/medium size rooms. Love sonos ecosystem and how it integrates with apple.

I am so freaking glad sonos finally released a smaller subwoofer for us Sonos beam owners. I almost paid $580 for a gen 3 sub so the Mini for $430 is an impressive price point.

Great video man! I bought the sub mini to add to the beam gen 2 and two ones and it adds a significant amount of bass. Definitely worth the money if you have a small to medium sized room

when I moved to Ann Apt. 2 years ago, I could not take my 5.1 (6 speakers) wired setup with me. So I used the TCL Alto+ soundbar and wireless sub (from a BR TV) while researching. After hearing a beam Gen-2 and Boes soundbar opting for Sonos because you could start with just the beam. I soon added a Sonos sub-G3 because no mini was released to the public almost 2 years ago. when I finally replaced the BR TV soundbar I went with a Beam G2 and a sub-mini. With no big difference in my case between the Sub-G3 and the Sub-mini except I took the bass 1 or 2 lower than 0 with the G3 than the mini; the G3 can put out more bass than a mini in a lot of cases but the mini holds its own.

I recently paired the sub mini with the Sonos arc and two one sl’s, and it sounds f&*$!@ Amazing! Tight bass….And widens the soundstage considerably…😀

I have the sub gen 3 in my living room with the arc. Im like you as i love a good bass. I was thinking about adding the new sub mini. How do u think they will pair and sound together?

After watching your videos on Sonos am planning on buying the Arc + a pair of one's and five's + two sub 3 gen.
Also which tv would you prefer i go with?
Am currently using a Sony home theater and a Samsung tv.

I have two arcs, one gen 3 sub, 3 sub minis, 4 beam gen 2’s, and 8 one sl’s. An arc/gen 3/one sl combo, an arc/sub mini/one sl combo, 3 beam gen 2/sub mini/one sl combo, and a beam gen 2 by itself.

The sub mini used to be on par in a small room with the gen 3 in a big room, or sometimes better, lately it feels nerfed for some reason.
