I've got that alarm. It's a really great idea to have one! However, I would say it would be better to have put it somewhere a bit more inconspicuous and hard to get to. Thieves can just knock that alarm off with a hammer.

During Covid a young Electrician in the North of England was so sick of his van being broken into, he wired the doorhandles up to a home made deterrent unit that gave future thieves a non lethal shock. It worked and the Police turned a blind eye. Good on him x100

I have this alarm with good locks as well.I leave my ebike locked outside on a bike rack at work and it works well and loud.It's definitely worth having.Nobody has messed with my ebike and this alarm plays a good part in that

Pretty nice but for the same price you can buy a disc alarm that has the same bump alarm features activated by locking it on the disc with the key moving a steel locking pin through the disc(i own one problem free for years now), it 100% stops the bike from being ridden off plus the alarm can't be quickly cut off like zip ties can be easily cut off this frame ararm, plus it can be used across any bike you take out for the day, i even take it camping for my jetski trailer locking it through the cable on the winch for anyone tampering with it hopefully scares them off (it's very loud high pitched like this one and can easily be heard from 50mt away no problems at all). I highly recommend buying one of these first for the same price for added security and more value for money.

Hi, If someone touch the bicycle and the alarm is set-off, how long will the alarm last? I do not want to disturb the neighbourhood

That's a good measure to add. However, there is a flaw in the way you've secured it. You've only secured the alarm device with zip ties. Bike thieves are starting to get aware of this. So one keep the device hidden as well as possible and two secure it with a much stronger mount than just zip ties. Bike thieves that know what they are doing can snap the zip ties and remove the device.

Brought this like 1 day after watching this. I have a bike lock but I can't see my bike while I'm In work since I work in warehouse but I lock it up and arm the alarm and have all confidence now.

I’m starting to deliver for Uber eats on a E-Bike so I just ordered this! It will be a must have, it takes to much time to find a spot where I can lock my bike with the extra lock for a quick delivery.

Ps I live in the Netherlands, going to deliver in The Hague. So it’s not like I’m delivering in The hood or something 😂

Lol, so many people missed the point. Also, it doesn't help you strapped it right to the frame. You're supposed to hide it, lol. I actually have a metal box mine goes in that is security screwed to the extra water bottle holder. It has 1 purpose. To shock most theifs into not wanting to try and cut the lock. It's supposed to be hidden. Then, when they touch the bike and it goes off, they are like crap and panic and just run. Any dude who would brazenly walk up to your bike with bolt cutters in broad daylight isn't deterred by anything, so you can't really do anything about those guys but maybe use more than 1 lock. If I'm going away from my bike for more than 10 minutes, I use a u-lock and a kryptonite chain. I also live in Arizona, so you know I carry a firearm. Not that I'm going to shoot someone over a bike but I think most theifs know it's a possibility and don't bother with harder targets...especially ones that sound a big get over here with your gun warning sound.

Does this go off if it's locked at a bike rack and some other person puts their bike at the rack will this go off if the other bike is bumping the rack if the sensor feels it

It good alarm, can you please tell me Is the bike you using with 2 batteries??
Can you give me some informations about how long it last the batry for whole day shift, I do deliveries with wolt in Finland and I'm thinking to buy electric bike this week ? If you can help with some informations that would be great. And thanks in advance
