Yes it can limit current and voltage, but dont use that in a solar set up with automatic transfer switch
If the ats will transfer the power from the solar set up to on grid vice versa
The device will not work properly

Is there something I can buy that’s premade? I have a plasma cutter with a 50:1 output. That puts out about 2.5volts I need something that won’t let the voltage go above 8 volts and will shut down if ac hits it to. Reverse voltage would be good also. Is there something I can buy?

I'm getting upwards of 245V in my house, so this will keep cutting out. The standard is 230V, but I'm getting 245V. Maybe it's some phase difference, but not likely.

But it is programmable, so this can be changed.
